A Perspective View: Fact or Propaganda

Something to think about:

Sometimes in war..we begin to realize that the facts are made to be heard not seen. While pre and post war propaganda is made to be seen (projected) not heard. What are the true contributing factors of nuclear war and do we really know how to solve the issues surrounding it.

Is this issue a repeat in time (or history)?

We live in a world of evolution in which old things become new again and new becomes the old. Could this issue present some similarities in this present era?
